Delete your Zolu Consult account

Zolu Consult is made by Wystan Health Private Limited. You can delete your account at any time.

In the app

1. Open Zolu Consult and sign in with your WhatsApp number.
2. Tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

It happens at once, and you are signed out on every phone.

Without the app

Write to admin@wystan.in or message us on WhatsApp from the number you signed up with, and say “Delete my account”. We do it within 7 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted at once

• Your name, your child's name and age, and your delivery address.
• Your child's plan, your answers, the behaviour log, the games played, and the voice clips and paintings from games.
• All stories, with their sound and pictures, and the story details.
• Your recorded voice, here and at the voice service.
• Your phones' notification settings, and every sign-in.
• Unused coins are lost. To get money back for unused coins, ask us before you delete, within 14 days of buying them.

What we must keep for a while

• The consultation record (your answers before the call, the advice, the call notes and any recording): three years, because Indian medical rules ask doctors to keep patient records. Then it is deleted.
• Payments and invoices: eight years, because tax law asks for it. Then they are deleted.

Nobody can use these to sign in, and we use them for nothing else. See our privacy policy.
