Shipping and delivery

Zolu Consult's calls, plans, games and stories are online, so nothing is posted for them. The one thing we post is the boxes of the 12-week plan.

What we post

The 12-week plan, offered at the end of the consultation, includes three boxes of tools and printed sheets for your child to play with at home. Each tool has its own card in the app showing how to use it. The plan starts when your consultant sends the first week, with its activities on your phone. The first box is posted once the plan is paid, and its tools join the activities from the second week; the second and third boxes follow during the plan.

Where and how fast

• We post inside India only.
• We pack the first box within 2 working days of your payment. A box usually reaches you within 7 days of being posted.
• Delivery is included in the plan's price. You pay nothing more at the door.
• When a box is posted, the app's Tools tab shows the courier and the tracking number, and we tell you on WhatsApp or in the app.

If something is wrong

• If a tool arrives broken, or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We send a new one at no cost.
• If a box does not arrive within 10 days of being posted, tell us and we will trace it, or send another.

Returns

• For hygiene, we cannot take back tools that have been used.
